Time Wellbeing was founded by me, Frances Lee, a Physiotherapist Specialising in the management of Chronic Fatigue conditions and chronic pain.
With over a decade of experience in the NHS I am passionate about educating and empowering people to live their best life and make the most of their TIME.

We offer speicialised education sessions focussed on burn out, chronic pain and chronic fatigue. The signs, symptoms and physiology of these conditions and how they affect day to day life inside and outside of work. We can accommodate both online and in-person sessions, bespoke to your business needs.
Everyone can benefit from evidenced based health and wellbeing strategies not just those with pain, fatigue and burnout. The more people know, understand and engage with them the more inclusive, nurturing and positive your workplace becomes.
Research has highlighted both the benefits and limitations of digital wellbeing platforms. Despite providing an excellent resource people experiencing burnout, chronic pain and chronic fatigue need to feel heard. Management of these conditions is complex and multifaceted, something an app can't recognise.
